Today I picked a little local foot spa and went in to have 1 hour reflexology massage and calf massage and a 30 shoulder, neck and head massage. Well it was tougher than I am used to and I had to tell the girl a couple of times , with my face scrunched up accordingly "pain"; so she held back a tad. Those deep tissue massages are certainly an experience. I looked like I had been through the wringer when they were finished, but back felt great the next day. Calves ...

The 18th we spent the night in China town. Truly amazing markets and food. Followed this up with a night time cruise on the river.

On the 19th we all had a sleep in. We then got up and went to the Singapore Flyer, the worlds biggest ferris wheel. Josie and I loved it. The view was amazing. It takes 30min to do one turn. Jacqui and Nates fear of heights hindered them at the start but they soon got their sea legs, well nearly. That night we went to the Singapore Zoo for a night safari. Well hello to everyone. Today went spent the day at Sentosa Island where we visited Universal Studios. And to quote Nate, "This is one of the best days of my life."
