Night location: Elounda, Greece

Sadly, today has been our final beach day in Crete. We really can't complain though as the weather has been magnificent and today was no exception! After breakfast we drove to Voulisma, a beach we saw yesterday on our drive, and after a short walk down some steps we were reclining on sun lounges overlooking the water.

Edith loved swimming in the shark again. She is really gripping the steering wheel and kicking her legs and the cold water doesn't seem to bother her anymore. We dozed and swam until we felt suitably relaxed and then returned to our resort to swim some more in our own pool.

Following a restful afternoon we returned to the nearby village of Plaka for a waterfront dinner.
