Beautiful Hampi, beautiful people, gorgeouslittle huts by the river..Sheer and utter bliss after the Goan disappointment...and all ade better by the fact iam not taking my anti-malaria tablets anymore as they were making me feel terribly ill. Almost 3 days spent in bed groaning in pain whilst in Goa should be evidence enough. Stylex Tailors, Calangute, Goa Monday 22nd September The surrendering... 3 days we've been in Goa now, with my two fellow Irish backpackers , Niamh (pronounce « knee-of ») and Maud, joined by Roos and Mareicke who have just left today.
