Up early and off driving at 5am to see what morning brings. Seems like most folks don't get rolling until 10am or so. Since sunup is around 4am and sundown is about 11 pm, people tend to evening lives. An early morning rewarded me with a walk around the iceberg flows...tremendous. Photos just don't provide the same perspective as an on the ground panorama of icebergs everywhere...cleaving and drifting. Lots of birds, too.

The picture of the Costco dog didn't look like what was delivered. This is a standard dog you'd find in the states. Not the more popular and tasty psyla you find at convenience stores.

First stop....Costco!!! They just opened a new branch in Reykjavik. I was able so stock up on a week of food like fruit, yoghurt, salmon jerky, prepared deli chicken tikka masala w/rice, juice, etc. All for the price of one good restaurant meal!
