The Paths Less Travelled
Although the burgers and Italian pastas and Indian curries were luring me into a dazed sense of comfort, my inner gut held out for a unique find for early dinner. Icelandic Tapas. Reykjavik is a pretty small city when you consider where all the people hang out. The core is maybe 15 blocks by 10 blocks. Small enough that I walked the whole area at least a couple of times.
So, most of the restaurants are stuffed into this microcosm, with over half on a single street.
On the second loop through I found the tapas place. A little hesitant until I read the menu. It's formally called Smakknarinn.
