I was worried things may have taken a turn for the worse when Simon enjoyed pushing you off a bridge but you boinged back up again from your bungee and you're both still smiling! Frank Shame the paragliding wasn't up to scratch, but it is a more serene experience rather than adrenaline rushed I have to admit. I'm looking forward to doing some in Nepal. White water rafting... really envious. Smashing log as usual. Love to you both. Pops xxx
