So in Chiang Mai at the moment... second visit in less than a year, just! Love it here, i could easily take up residence! Have done the trek, elephant riding, rafting like i did last year but it was just as fun and Lucy of course had to experience it! We stayed at the place we did the trek from who also do a cooking course which we did on Sunday. So much fun- again, i did one last year but this i think was more fun as you got to choose what you cooked whereas last years, everyone cooked the same. It was just me and Lucy too with our crazy chef instructor dude, he was slightly mad but it made it even more interesting! Did you have the same guy liz?! Best bit was we made Mango Sticky Rice which is the best thing to come out of Thailand! Its sticky rice with coconut milk (left to soak in), shredded coconut and fresh mango, yuuuuum!! Ate way to much! We also found comfort in Starbucks! I wouldnt even go there at home really but it was so nice to go somewhere western in almost 3 months! My caramel frappaccino (with cream) was very much enjoyed!!

We are off to Bangkok tonight, waiting for our night bus at the moment!
