We arrived in Hanoi at around 8am after a very warm nights sleep on the bus. As per usual when we got off the bus in Hanoi we were besieged by numerous taxi drivers wanting to take us to a really good hotel that they know. We managed to fight them off for a while then get one who could take us all to our hotels. So spent the day just chilling out at the pool as we were leaving for Hanoi on the night bus that evening. It was very nice and chilled out as usual. Got to the office for the bus a bit before 5 and Manisha went to check in. The woman who we'd gotten into the argument with day before was there and basically ignored her! Got up fairly early as we wanted to see the Citadel before it got too hot. We walked from the hotel down to the Citadel which was ok apart from the cyclos which first clap at you to get your attention, then start shouting prices at you and follow you down the street.
