Breakfast was peach porridge again. Lunch for Ed a nice egg toastie ! I had popcorn and some peanut butter because I felt like it !

Easy tv dinner ! More of the frozen vegetable burgers that I made last week with popcorn. Do the vegetables mean that it counts as a healthy dinner ?

Leftover special ! Used some of the curry lentils from last night, mixed in the pea and tomato salad from yesterday and steamed some rice with curry and scotch bonnet peppers. Then I used this filling for some corn empanadas. I didn't quite have enough Maiz flour so added normal white flour. It was okay but the pure Maiz works better.
