Crust fat meat fat crust :) In Hong Kong they eat more bbq'd meat than anywhere else :) apparently ! Often served first at a feast as it is red in colour so it's lucky :)

Won ton noodles Prawn won ton. A won ton is a dumpling but cooked in the broth for richer flavour. Dried scallops. They add them to soups and stocks to sweeten them. Seriously sweet teeth here. We saw Japanese people snacking on them in airports too.
