															Hong king is quite famous for these egg custard tarts. They come in puff or shortcrust with the puff being more traditional. 
This is a puff pastry one. 
The egg filling was like a soft less sweet creme brûlée. Jelly like texture and needed sweetening up for me. Also the pastry wasn't sweetened. I think the Portuguese tarts win hands down.
