Hokkaido corn soup with a handmade Fois gras ravioli Eds starter. Really cool that we had just been hiking in Hokkaido week before too. The corn is much sweater and richer than corn i had had before.

Not the best photo. I was trying to be unobtrusive :) This is a crispy croquette and inside was a warm bbq'd pork with rich red wine sauce centre.

Second amuse bouche in the order we were suggested to eat them :) These were fois gras lollipops with a reduced raspberry coating and a tiny piece of toast on top. Omg why have I not been eating these before :). Couldn't speak for a good minute after eating it. Wow. :)
