Breakfast of avocado toasted rolls and oregano olive oil tomatoes. When ingredients are fresh you don't need much. The avocado in chile are utterly divine. Seriously bursting with avocado flavour and slightly salted. It's really buttery and always perfectly ripe.
Loved the olive oil tomato oregano too. Sunshine breakfast.
Rounded off with a sweet milk free coffee. That bitter tasting strong Spanish coffee of holidays. Happiness.
