Hostel de Los Gaviotines Breakfast of avocado toasted rolls and oregano olive oil tomatoes. When ingredients are fresh you don't need much. The avocado in chile are utterly divine. Seriously bursting with avocado flavour and slightly salted. It's really buttery and always perfectly ripe. Loved the olive oil tomato oregano too. Sunshine breakfast. Rounded off with a sweet milk free coffee. That bitter tasting strong Spanish coffee of holidays. Happiness.

Restaurant Viniolo Amazing starter which I had as a main. Honestly so good It was called Plata Reina Curry avocado chicken prawns onion and peppers. Sooo good. Must try it at home.

Restaurant Viniolo Eds food of 17 hr stewed rabbit and stuffed with a chilean black pudding. Fell off the fork. Rich meaty sauce. Really great restaurant. Great vibe too.

Amazing empanadas with the coffee. Crispy pastry, lots of minced meat with onions, boiled egg and whole black olives. Really traditional.
