I returned the pickup without further hassle; they even brought me to the bus terminal. - What I didn't anticipate was that there was a queue with folks waiting outside of the terminal already. I calculated two hours for the ride to the 50 km remote town of Tacna including border crossing, to be able to catch my flight in Tacna. The queue for taxis looked even worst with only few cars a available. People waiting recommended the bus, so I gave it a shot. And it really was: one bus after the other rolled in reducing the queue fairly quickly. The buses though were the last contingent which was available: the clutch of this one was so wiped out that it took three attempts to get over the ascent of the exit. However, It brought me to Tacna
