Spent the day at California Adventure Park. Was another great day and not as busy as Disneyland. The highlight of the day was the 'Cars' ride. Lauren couldn't get over the fact that they had replicated the street off the Cars movie. The ride was really cool - first you went on a road trip through Radiator Springs and then raced another car on the race track. Very well done!

We did the Grizzly River Run which was a white water raft ride that include two big sudden drops and returned us quite soaked! The third 'big' ride was the California Soaring ride which was in a theatre and a simulator type ride. They strapped you into a chair and lifted you up then you soared through the skies of California. It was quite realistic but would have been better if you couldn't see the dangling feet of the people above us!

We did lots of other bumper car and flying through the air type rides. One mini roller coaster - didn't quite get time for the big one - California Screaming (sorry John). Got Mum on most of the rides - well done Mum! Was very hot again today - was supposed to get to 36 degrees and was already 30 by 10am. We did the same as yesterday and stayed til around 2pm and then hit the pool at the hotel.

We went back tonight for the 6:30 parade down Main Street in Disneyland. It was pretty cool - the characters were all great. Went to a steak house for dinner tonight then had to pack the bags. We get picked up at 10am tomorrow for a tour before we go to the airport. A fantastic way to end a great holiday.
