After leaving Phi Phi we took the boat to Phuket. We spent the night in Phuket Town as we wanted to stay away from busy Patong Beach and wanted to catch the bus the next day to Bangkok. We took a boat over from Krabi to Koh Phi Phi. I couldn't believe the number of backpackers on the boat. The backpacks were all piled to the roof! After leaving slightly overcast weather behind in Krabi it was nice to arrive in Koh Phi Phi with blue skies and sunshine. From Langkawi myself, Lauren, Adam and Hugo got a ferry across to Satun. It was a relatively quick journey, only about an hour or so. It took us into Thailand. After going through immigration we got ourselves tickets for a bus up to Krabi. We arrived in Krabi and manged to get ourselves a room in a nice guesthouse.
