Stopped at the Lions Den today hoping to camp overnight. One very helpful Barman told us to go and look at what was left and if we were happy we could camp there. Well we found some sites and proceeded to unpack our tents when some very nasty campers took offense to us camping near them and and went and got the manager. Crossing the Daintree on the Ferry

Sitting in line at the Daintree River Crossing waiting for our turn on the ferry - the ferry only takes around 25 cars each crossing and we have waited for 2 ferries to cross already - our turn next - $13 one way or $23 return trip. The locals cars take preference and there is special line that they go into to jump ahead in the queue - luckily where we are in the line won't be effected as we are 7 cars back from the front :)
