John, kevin, Carol and I went for a run today at Currimundi Beach! Bloody hell what is wrong with me - I am suppose to be on holidays!! Guess I was just feeling guilty about what I had eaten so far. The others ran all the way but I walked 1/2 and ran 1/2.
After the run we went to breaky at Cocos cafe at the beach - 2 fried eggs, lots of bacon, tomatoes and toast - 2 for $10 - great value but I guess after eating that we will have to go for another run tomorrow before we head off to Cairns.
