After flight from Perth Mike picked us up from the Airport and took us back to their family bresidence; a period house in Bronte; rented with an interesting history.

Met Amy and Barbara and the went for a long walk from Bronte beach to Bondi, where we met them again for 'noodles'!

Walked back, partly using a taxi driven by a disgruntled Polish ex-pat.

On 13th had visit to 'Gardenlife' - the Unsworth's business (www.gardenlife.co.au) - very interesting, includes cafe and workout business in same premises.

Took a trip to the centre by train and then spent an hour or so trying to get Dave's watch fixed -partly successful by a very kind Swiss family who cleaned and did not charge.

Trip by boat to Watson's Bay and had early 60th Birthday lunch in prime position at Doyles followed by a walk up to the 'Bluff' and a bus ride back to Bondi and a reverse of the walk the previous day.

Evening took us to the park by the cathedral for 'Noodles in the Park' and a celebration by local artists - very revealing!
