I felt i owed Ecuador one final blog before i left to go to Chile.  WE are only going there just to drop off Moni and see Germander's dad- thats it, so i wouldnt really expect anything brilliant or interesting...actually i will probably just mention it in my argentina blog. 

Anyway, having left Canoa we went onto a market town called Otovalo, apprently one of the most famous in the owrld.  And it was amazing.  There was everything and anything= like la cancha but 10 times bigger-well the gringo section anyway.  And we spent far too much money t'han was healthy.  I have no idea where i am going to fit all the stuff.  Never mind.  I will some how manage.  We then came to quito= where i had the weirdest experience ever- just in a club a'nnd bumped into an aquaintance form england- oddest thing ever. 

Now just realxing.  We did go to the equator yesturday and did loads of jumping back and forth to and from the southern to the northern hemisphere- the novelty did wear off a little after 5 mins though. Tomorrow we are getting up at an ungodliy hour to get a plane to Santiago, via Panama- makes no sense i know.
