Copper Mountain and Colorado in general were beyond amazing. Definitely a state with A LOT to offer! I spent thanksgiving week enjoying skiing and walking through some of the best scenery in the world. Trying skiing really for the first time was great. I was lucky enough to score an instructor that had traded in his corner office 31 years ago and had been teaching uncoordinated individuals how to hurl themselves down mountains on a couple of pieces of fiberglass ever since! Taking a day trip to vail and breckenridge was nice too, safe to say you can't really go wrong in summit county no matter where you stay.
