This photo is the famous aqueduct built in the 1st century by the Romans in Southern France. We visited this site yesterday.... Amazing!! Today in Arles and did a tour of a beautiful province in the Alpilles Mountains set atop of a rocky outcrop of limestone with a ruined castle. Great views and such history of course always on cobbled paths centuries old.medieval streets but great little cafes and restaurants and of course the provencal shops. Then off to a olive farm for a tour and tasting- alas no wine! Such a surprise... Lovely family owned olive farm with many products from olives.... Oils, jams, tapas, and of course many variations of marinated olives. Being the last day on the boat we had a seafood bonanza lunch- unbelievable choice of seafood. Now for the final afternoon. Wayne's gone for a look around the town of Arles and I am packing and shopping on board.. We are off early tomorrow - Friday - to tour Cannes, Nice and finally arriving at Monte Carlo for three days. Weather about 30c and lovely - now working on the tan!!?? Talk again from Italy!! Love to everyone. Hope my little Moët and grandies are well and happy xxxxxxxx
Would love to hear some news from home... Please.

Aaron Great photo! What have the romans ever done for us? The seafood and good food and wine in general are some of the best parts about europe. Besides the millenia's of recorded history and rich geography. Glad you are enjoying the culture and that dad's scoping it out in detail. Everyone's happy healthy and fine back here. Nothing new to report.
Harrison Hello Nannie and Grandpa! Hope the boat trip was lovely. I like all photos. See you when you get back. Please don't forget my big boy present.
