hey everyone, we are in Phi phi now and it is a very beautiful island, deffo can tell were on a tropical island now!

the journey here was fine. there was a cat on the boat with us, sat next to tom sleeping the whole way hahah!

the island is quite small, and the roads are really small, there are no motor vehicles - just bikes and people walking around. lots of small stalls and shops at either side of the roads, and LOADS of cats. saw a baby one feeding off its mum.

oh i have to tell you a funny story about tom the other night. i was asleep in bed, when tom wakes me up and says 'i think someones in the room'...i wake up all confused, he says he saw some woman kneeling down at the bottom of our bed with a child...i was pretty sure he was seeing things! didnt believe for one second that there was some one there. tom on the otherhand was sure of it, and gets up and switches the lights on, AND checks the rooms to see if there was any1 hiding!! hahah. there was no1 there, it was toms camera case creating a shadow that lukd like a head. lol.

anyway- we got to phi phi and tuk bout 1 hour for us and a mexican man to find a room to stay at, it was boiling hot and i ended up getting my face burnt agen! finally found sumwhere cheap with air con! went for lunch with the mexican who told us lots of shocking stories about mexico maffia. then we went to the beach, its not as busy as i had imagined. there are peolple there but i had thoght it was PACkED FULL! the scenery is beautiful, lods of high rocks and cliffs, sun sets behind them! u can see on the pics we uploaded today! yey finally they work! an ive uploaded more on facebook coz its faster. went for a dip, sea is ok- very hot! hotter than the air, bit mirky n shallow tho.

at niight we had a meal and watched some guys play with fire- v dangerous! they were throwing them up in air then catching it, well most of the time they caught it, some times they fell right next to the crowd! yikes. then it started to rain- and i mean RAIN!!!! it chuked it down loads and we tried to run for cover under a lil shop, but it didnt work, we wa stil gettin went, so we had to run for it and get home. got to the hotel drenched to death. i think thats why my camera has stopped working completely now., it wont turn on.

today we walked to long beach. on the way we stopped off at tiny beaches, really nice sc enery and clear sea t swim in yey! long beach is also nice, stayed there all day. then it turned clowdy agen, and we could hear distand thurnder so we walked back to the hotel before the rain got us a second time.

tomorrow we are going on a trip round the island, where they take you to lots of pretty beaches, including where the beach was filmed, maybe we wil see leo decaprio there lol. and also we will be snorkeling. ooo wooo.
