So i am finally getting a chance to use the internet here in Koblenz! It has been a great time here. I met up with Bodo on saturday. It was a 2 hour train ride from Stuttgart that was rather beautiful. Up to Mainz and then up the rhine on to Koblenz. It was a really pretty ride. I got here around 3 in the afternoon and it was rather surreal.

As I got off the train I was thinking, I am going to see bodo in a couple of minutes. It has been so long since we last saw each other, around a year and a half. It was crazy how small the world started to feel at that moment. Here I had gone to South Africa, which was very far from home, and met people and now I was to see them again in a completely different country that is also very far from home. It blew my mind a bit. I walked down the stairs and there he was, just like always. It was the same Bodo. It was awesome.

We have been having a great time here in Koblenz. This is also where his family lives and they have been awesome. There home is amazing. A very modern 3 story right on the rhine. Pretty awesome. They have been extremly kind to me. They had a huge bbq last night in my honor. Lots of great food. Much healthier than an American BBQ.

Saturday night we partied. And when I say we partied, it was Cape Town style. We went to a friend of Bodos apartment where I met a bunch of his good friends and had a few beers. Great guys who were really awesome about speaking English to include me. We then went to the girls place where some others were hangingout downtown. Stayed there until 1 a.m. and THEN went out to the disco. We danced until half past 5. I was falling asleep at the end of the night and everyone else was ready to stay until 7. I have not partied like this in a LONG time. My god, what a great night.

So it's been great here, but it looks as I will be leaving soon. While I was planning to stay for a couple of weeks, Bodo had some un-expected school deadlines. He has some stuff due in a week and a half that will require his full attention. So it looks like I am off on some more adventure. I am going to take this time and go to London and maybe other parts of England. Flights are stupid cheap, 30-40 euro each way, so i am going to do it. I have always wanted to spend time in england.

After this I will fly to Amsterdam and meet up with eva, elena and it looks like Bodo and his girlfriend as well. So this will be awesome. Then off towards Venice With Elena.
