This morning we woke up bright and early to leave Gili T and head for Lombok. We made our way across the sea on a 30 minute local boat, and got greeted the other side by a horse drawn carriage! This took us to a small restaurant where we met all the other travellers who too decided to brave Mount Rinjani!! If only we knew how hard it was going to be then!! We apologise for the delay on the blog updates ! So to summarise the last few days in Gili here it goes .... Day 4 We spent most of our fourth day in Gili on the beach, reading and relaxing. We've now been at Gili T nearly 3 days and it's been great . A really relaxed and chilled island with not that much to do , apart from enjoy the clear blue sea water, golden white sand and warm sun. On Sunday we travelled to Ubud . On our way our taxi driver was very informative and taught us lot of interesting facts about the Balinese people and the island .
