Getting to the Delta The next couple of days were just mainly driving to get to our base to go to the Okavango Delta. On the morning we left to go the Delta we got picked up by a random truck thing and piled on all our gear (we just wore the same clothes for 3 days so not much... but we had to take our own food and most importantly drink) and tents. Botswana-Chobe Whilst in Botswana we visited Chobe National Park, the park itself is lovely, very different to the other safari drives we have done. Our guide was rubbish, he wouldn't talk to anyone but we found the whole thing quite entertaining. It was a very bumpy ride and we didn't have much in the way of suspension at one point we all (Jo, Jenny, John, me, Mark and Sam) went flying in the air and I landed on the floor, the bumps just cracked us up.
