Hi everyone - a quicl note to let you know where we are. We?re stuck in Abancay, Peru, because there?s a teacher?s strike and they?ve blocaded the roads in all directions. We?ve already been here for 10 hours, and they have no idea how long it?ll last - could be days, but we can?t really leave the bus station as the roads could open at any minutes. Some buses are trying to get through, but our driver is worried that the protestors will start throwing rocks and someone might get hurt, so we?re sitting tight here.

We?ll try to keep you guys up to date on where we are and where we?re going as soon as we know.
