Arrived safely in Bangkok last night and was soon deposited by an overpriced taxi on the infamous Koa San Rd - it is pure madness!!! Found an equally overpriced place to stay (had really had enough of my backpack by this point) which considering is still an absolute dump - the view out of my window is a wall! Sooo many people here though and I soon got talking to some guys from Amsterdam. Spent the night drinking cheap beer and watching the he/she's pounce on the drunk English guys - so funny! Heading up to Chiang Mai by bus tomorrow hopefully...
