I've had the best day in LA today. Got up early as I'm totally jet lagged and been awake since 4 this morning anyway, and had a wander down Hollywood Boulevard whilst it was till pretty quiet. Checked out the Walk of Fame with the stars names on the pavement, Graumans Chinese Theatre with its footprints and handprints of the stars outside, the Kodak Theatre (home to the Oscars) and all the other infamous sights of Hollywood.

Then I went on a full day tour around LA. We started with Venice Beach where we got to see Muscle Beach and the basketball courts used in White Men Can't Jump. Then onto Santa Monica where Baywatch was filmed. This area was awesome, really nice with good clean beaches and even better shopping!

We also visited the original Spanish centre of Los Angeles where the city was originally founded, Mullholland Drive for views of the city and the Hollywood Sign, Downtown LA, West Hollywood and Sunset Boulevard where all the famous nightspots such as The Viper Room are. The guide was fantastic though he was pointing out loads of scenes from movies and interesting facts. There'd just be an ordinary looking church and it'd turn out to be used in Sister Act and Wedding Crashers. Saw so many locations from films but the best were probably the grounds of Rydell High and the apartment Vivian lived in in Pretty Woman!

The absolute best bit was our tour of the stars homes! All the girls on the bus were loving this bit. We drove around the Hollywood Hills, Bel Air and Beverly Hills. All the homes were absolutely amazing and I was so surprised that you could so much of the house. At Ben Afflecks home you could through all the windows (noone was home) right through to the back garden. Saw Leonardo DiCaprios house!!!!! Wow jealous eh. And Chloe you'll love this one the house Britnay and Justin used to share!

Stopped on Rodeo Drive for a bit of shopping, yeah right don't think they'd even let me in the shops there!

I love LA though, had the best day. It was so cheesy and so corny but loved it! I'm totally jetlagged though and really want to go to bed but it's only 6 o'clock so got to stay up a little longer!

Oh celeb count is 1- Saw Dawn from the Office crossing on La Brea. Woo not quite Brad Pitt or Leo but I've still got 2 days!
