Arrived in Hong Kong after taking train to Shenzhen and crossing the border into Hong Kong. You still go through immigration and customs checks even though Britain handed Hong Kong back to China over 10 years ago. Following a soft sleeper train from beijing due to the hard sleeper beds being sold out we arrived at our hostel in Xi'an at 9.30am. At 9.50am we were on tour to the teracotta army with crazy tour guide!
