Hello people! Well we arrived in Auckland on the 16th of September where we were met by Ann who took us to her place in Mount Maunganui for a few weeks. Slight detour on route to the mount when we got lost and ended up in Huntly!! Celebrated Anns 19th 21st birthday with a party in the Mount and then luging (downhill go-karting) in Rotorua! Hello! Well we've made it safely to New Zealand and have been celebrating Ann's 19th 21st birthday with her! Unfortunately the 5 month holiday is over and the job hunt has now begun! So we thought we'd better update the last part of our Australian travels...... We arrived in Melbourne following our final overnight greyhound bus (how we will miss sleeping upright and the 3am meal breaks!). So first stop in New South Wales was Newcastle (way aye man!)! Arrived courtesy of another overnight greyhound but unfortnately without a comedy bus driver this time. Finally checked into the IBIS only 18 months late after a slight mishap in booking a hotel in Newcastle, England in January 2008!
