arrived back at kota kinabalu today after the northern borneo tour comes to a finish.

went to the sepilok orang sanxctuary to see the first feeding at 9.00am. then drove dowmn a dirt road for 40mins through a plam oil plabation to the probiscus sanctuary but was well worth it as you get reaklkly close to them, there so ugly but funnt to watch. after a few tigers beers went to bed. im knackered as havent had a lie in for weeks now!

left forest lodge to do a rainforest canopy walk and saw loads of huge flowers and tress. i slid fdown a path on my arse and covered myself in mud. adam did the same about 5 mins later! then went to war memeorial at sandakan. twas very sad to hear the accounts of what happended at the hands of the evil japs. especially on thre death marches. only 6 men survived out of over 2,000 brits and aussies.

flew bac to KK and do a few more isdlands tomororw then start the southern your. cant wait for the 2 day treck through deep jungle and to saty in a locals longhouse with them, should be an expereince!
