After a group trip to the bus station to book our transport out of Panama City, Leanne, Nancy, Selina, Liv and I went into the old town to explore and met Jesse there. We all went for a coffee and with Panama being so humid I was relieved to be inside with the air con! The weather was very grey but hot wet and humid are potentially the worst combination - so sticky.

We did some sightseeing but the day mainly consisted of leisurely wandering around the pretty streets of the old town and shopping. Funnily enough we bumped into Jess and Martine and all went together for lunch at this super cute little restaurant that was perfect. We sat for ages chatting and enjoying the delicious food which really felt like a treat.

Liv and I said goodbye to everyone as we went to catch our bus to Bocas Del Toro. Stupidly, we had thought we were supposed to be there at 7 when actually the bus was leaving at 7....so we missed it! Luckily for us a lovely guy, despite speaking no English, decided to take us under his wing and turned out to be driving the next bus so we were able to just hop on that one instead with no problems whatsoever. Thank god for that man! The night bus to Bocas Del Toro was 10 hours.
