Our last day in Phuket was spent relaxing! We booked our flights back to Bangkok for tomorrow :( We headed out into kata center for a little look around, there wasnt that much around just restuarants! at least we wouldnt go hungry! We headed to the beach which was quite a nice one, not the best but still clear and nice sand (even sean didnt complain that much!) There were quite a few surf schools dotted around and one look at the waves and we could see why! They were huge! (probably small for big time surfers but still!) We watched for a while considering if its something we would do, but decided not today! We then went back to the hotel for a dip in the pool! our last one of the trip :( it was a good pool and we had our lunch at the poolside bar! We eventually trudged back to the room (partly cause we didnt want to, partley becuase its uphill and a 5min walk from the main building!) And it had been all cleaned and was cool, a welcome relief and great after the dive we stayed in at Phi Phi! In the eve we walked to the night bazaar, the tuk tuk driver wanted 150 baht to take us down the road!! jokes! so we walked and found all the stalls on the street and bought a couple of things. We had dinner at mama restuarant which was really nice as they gave us free salad, soup and sorbet after our dinner! Sean was impressed aha i was still sulking cause he made me have the free stuff rather than a proper starter! haha We then had cocktails at a bar further up the road, (sean dragged me away from the pimped up tuk tuk tht had turned into a bar on the street! So cool!!) Up early for our flight tomorrow so we didnt go mad on the cocktails! Didnt wana make that mistake again! :) xxx
