Just a quick one as i have free net!

Yesterday we drove across to Waitomo and did the black water rafting, was expensive but goog VFM and we spent 4 hours down a cave!

Doesnt sound good, but it included a 100ft abseil down (and climb out) black water rafting (so basically floating on tractor tyres down an cave sream) some caving- tight squeezez and headfirst stuff, and of course the GLOW WORMS they were amazing!

That afternoon we drove on down to national park so we could do the Tongarario crossing the next day (or the emma version of it). So friday we left at 8am, leaving our car in a safe car park, which meant an extra 60bucks on a minibus or an extra 20km walk. So emma said we would walk (ricky agreed), or run the first 10k across to the start of the crossing.
We then hiked up 1000m to the highest point in the crossing and doubled back. Our last 10km was a walk, and after 25miles all i wanted was a beer!!!!!!!!!!!
Ricky was good though and carried the bag all the way ( but thats what men are for, isnt it??????)

We then headed south and opted for a very luxurious hostel, which is very nice, spa, pool, free net, free lifts to town etc!!!!!!!!!!!1
So we get a night out of the camper car!

Right, im tired now, after my marathon today, so will be on the net again soon, maybe from south island, we sail on tuesday!
