We arrived safely into Cape Town this afternoon along with the Sth African 7's Rugby team so we were greeted at the airport with singing and dancing which was a nice touch! Our villa is beautiful and the owners are lovely and have spent a lot of time with us explaining where to go and what to do in our short time here. Our next couple of days will be weather dependent but Thursday is meant to be nice and fine so we will reserve that for our trip up Table Mountai...

About to start our trek to Cape Town by getting the train to Heathrow, will take us nearly 24hrs to get there - hope we get good seats on the plane...

Practised packing today - Nick's pack weighs a measly 9kg and mine 15kg, pretty happy with that. Just a few last things to get together.....
