Motorbike trip from Hue to Hoi An. 8 hours on a bike seeing the stunning views of Vietnam. Marble mountain, Lagoons and famous top gear pass. Great fun.

Cooking class. Great experience. Made pho soup, spring rolls, satay, Vietnamese pancakes, rice cakes. The markets before hand were interesting. I would describe it as an underground slaughter house. Animals everywhere, dead and alive. Mysterious puddles on the dirt floors. = an experience.

Old citadel, pagodas and tombs. Many interesting old sites. Most with poor children outside selling things or carrying their disabled siblings. Gave away a bit of money that day.....
