Streets of Hanoi old quarter. Busy. Loud. Crazy. Street stalls everywhere trying to sell you anything they can. Raw meat and cooking stations spilling over the side walk. Scooters with families of 5 plus pet dog tooting loudly as they weave their way past.

Street food - mystery meat - delicious! The safest way to choose a place to eat is by the amount of garbage on the ground. Pick your way through the filth, find a small plastic seat amongst the chickens and rats and order a steaming bowl of Pho noodle soup or some spring rolls. Yum!
