Well we are now at Snowy River, Orbost, where we will spend the rest of the day and one night before we drive on to Canberra tomorrow. We have played some card games today and walked up to town. It was pretty quiet there to be a Saturday night. There was not one shop open and the only bar in town was a real slum, while the only cafe that was open was very expensive, so we didn't go there. On the way back we found an old trail that would take us through a tropical jungle, but it was long forgotten and not maintained, but we walked it anyway. We have seen many abandoned buildings the last couple of day, quite sad, but pretty exciting too. I wish I knew more about the stories behind them. For some reason we started to argue again today. It must really have something to do that we are around each other all the time and living so closely on top of each other. Ray is sleeping at the couch tonight, while I'm freezing up here alone.
The camp site here we are now have the cleanest toilet and the showers we've seen at the beginning of the trip.
Ps .. we saw a wild emu again today ..
