Another long day with a lot of driving. I woke up around 5am this morning and felt so stupid after the argument we had yesterday so I could not sleep anymore. It didn't take long before Ray woke up too and we became friends again. We made a huge delicious breakfast and got an early start on the road to Canberra, the capital of Australia. I was so tired that I dozed off awhile on the way up while Ray drove. He is very happy now that the radio actually works. Ray found a petrolstation selling petrol for $1.07, it is the cheapest we've ever seen so we filled up everything we had. We drove and drove and drove until we reached the campsite in Canberra. When we got there we got to choose where we would park so we chose one that was close to the toilet and shower.
The sun was shining for several hours after we got there and we sat out sunbathing for a while before I started making dinner. Then it happened again.. We argued for perhaps five minutes and then everything was over. We talked about how it is going to be when we are away from each other for a while and found out that we can do anything we want and what we want most of all to be together. I worked a little further with my slide show before I went to take a bath. Yes, a bath. In the girls' toilets and showers, they have a bathtub that I took the use of. It was very good. I'm taking an early because tomorrow it's Rays' birthday so we need to get some sleep. are quite dizzy too .. think I've been drinking a little too much ...
