So not a great nights sleep, but it wasn't too bad. We stopped once along the way to stack up on snacks. We arrived in chumpon at 5am, and the ferry didn't leave until 1pm!!!!! So we had a long wait ahead of us. At first we tried to sleep on the benches there, but in the end we just hung out on the beach and got sun burnt :( but the water felt great! Checked out of our hostel "New road guest house" at noon, then the four of us went to the zoo! All sorts of animals, from Asia, Africa, Europe, America just all over. Early morning! Left the hostel at 6:30 to check out Lumphini Park. A park where most active people who live in Bangkok exercise in the morning. It was really cool and a beautiful park. Even saw some lizards about 1m long, a turtle, some birds and squirrels! After a wonderful nights sleep lasting three hours, it was time to get up again, pack our bags, check out and get our taxi to the airport.. 5am is not a good time to leave your hotel.
