We have finally arrived at our hotel, after 25 hours travelling by; car, boat, bus, train and aeroplane. I don't think many people do that and all for about £50 We have now travelled to the north of Thailand- Chaing Rai. The closest city to Loas which is where we will be going to travel next; also because our visas run out in the 28th- nearly a whole month already it has gone super fast! Now we are here it's a bit strange, we are staying about 5-10 mins out of the centre in a little hotel but everywhere is very much Thai and we struggle to communicate but we are getting by, just. We are staying in tonight with a few films and just relaxing as we are both so tiered from the journey and I am not feeling too great. Saying that I just had a shower and a cockroach landed on me and I think Jordan and the next door neighbours had thought id been shot; I cried and screamed for about 15 mins while he killed it and I wouldn't let him leave the room until I had done haha. All relaxed now though after that 'over reaction' as Jordan put it laughing, but i'm still not ready to see the funny side yet.
