Well it has been a difficult week with both ups and downs. Probally a lot more downs than ups. We have applied for 3 apartments and our applications have been rejected from every single one, unfortunately due to no past rental history…we are hoping someone will give us a chance soon. We arrived in Brisbane last night after an easy journey of about 45 mins. We are staying with my old next door neighbours from somerset road when they lived in England, Karen and Steph, they used to babysit me and the last time they saw me was probably about 15 years ago… it wasn't the easiest picking then out at the airport as i didn't really remember them from when i was 3! We are finally here, after yet another long 24 hours of travelling. We started off yesterday morning in Krabi, the south of Thailand. We had a plane ride unto Bangkok which took about and hour and then a 5 hour wait for our next flight to Sydney. Yesterday we landed in Krabi. The south west coast of Thailand and just a two hour boat ride from Phuket! Fortunatly no storms or seasickness!! However getting about with 2 cases and a backpack isn't the easiest, i'm glad it's not for much longer. Everytime someone picks it up they look as though there arms will snap, and that's after binning lots of clothes last week... oops! The weather has turned horrible since mom and dad left and with it so has my mood, cry...
