We had a very lazy day today, but on the plus side I didn't spend a penny! :) We had a sleep in and made some lunch before going to the pool! We baked by the pool all day. A girl named Bec came out with the same idea as us and we got chatting and hung out all afternoon tanning and swimming. Afters hours and hours of lying beside the pool Bec and I went up the street on her ATV to buy icecream and then of course we returned to the pool. I made a silly mistake of walking up to Simon when we got back because he tried to push me in to the pool and when I was walking away he successfully pushed me in :( Simon and I both had sunscreen on and managed to get sunburnt! After a few hours of relaxing we had showers and walked in to Fira. There was a traditional Greek band playing in the main street. All the locals were loving it!! We wandered around for hours through the streets and alley ways admiring the views. Simon added to his gyros tally now making it 13 and indulged in a nutella, cookie and chocolate ice cream crepe, which I had a nibble of and it was delicious! One thing I have noticed this trip is how many gay people are attracted to Simon's good looks! Ha ha. We were walking in single form down an alley way, Simon in front eating his crepe when we walked past a gay bar and two men standing in the door way started calling out to him saying, "ohh, what are you eating there?" I was a few meters behind watching the whole thing! It was priceless! When I walked up to him he gave me some of the crepe and walked off and refused to walk back near that area again ha ha. We eventually made our way back to the villa where I cooked myself dinner - I love being able to cook!! It's amazing and cheap! :)
