Hello, Well after leaving Westport we headed to lake Mahinapua on the way we stopped at Tauranga bay which has one of the biggest seal colonies in the world so we done an hours walk around the bay to see them and the scenery which was lovely. Hello, Well the next morning we had a full bus of people as loads of others who had stopped in Nelson joined our bus and we made our way to Westport. Hello, Well we left Kaikoura about 9 in the morning and took a drive down to another seal colony so those of us who never done the walk could see some seals there were so many of them, but when you take pics from far away they sort of look like rocks lol. Hello, Well after getting on to our bus it was pretty much a straight journey to kaikoura with a brief stop at a cafe and at a lookout on the way, which was really nice the scenery is amazing in new zealand i would upload our pics but i cant seem to do it. Hello, Well we arived in new zelaand about midnight and checked into our hostel we had already booked two nights in a double room from home so that was gd, we had a heater in our room as well as electric blankets on each side of our bed so i was so happy lol. When we got all our stuff in our room we went and got some food as we hadnt had no dinner and new zealand was 2 hours in front of oz there wasnt much choice so kev had good old mcdonalds and i had a kfc lol...
