Finally into NT, after a long haul today of over 650km to Tennant Creek (the 130km/h speed limits in NT helped reduce travel time, but we hopefully won't be doing too many stretches like that). At one point had to get off the highway completely as 3 huge trucks carrying what seemed to be scoops for massive mining vehicles came the other way, taking up more than the entire road. Saw first Darwin stubbies at a stop along the way, but hoping they'll get cheaper than $32 a pop. Still haven't seen any Darwin stubby holders.
