Sunday was Rome day, but since we were going to be in Rome for 8 days at the end of our trip, we took a rest day on the ship (except for a 2-hour jaunt by Steve and Tom into the port of Civitavecchia in search of free wifi and a SIM card for Steve's iPad - no luck, since most businesses were closed :-( ).
So, here are two more photos from Florence - one with our fabulous guide Clara and the other of us with Florence and the Duomo in the background.
Did we mention yet that we are having a great time? The food has been very good, the beds comfortable, and the weather excellent so far. The only thing lacking on this ship so far is the communication/Internet system - must be near a port to get connected (most of the time).
