It's the 19th March and we have just left the spot x surf camp and we had a great time. We stayed just one night had dinner and sat round the camp fire before having an early night. We woke up early to have our first surf lesson! We spent about 20mins going over some safety and basics and how to look cool with a surf board, then had a quick practice on the sand before heading out into the sea to catch some waves. We had to paddle along and catch the wave before standing up on our boards at the right time. We managed it a few times and it was really fun! (Not so fun for Charlie when the board hit her in the face!) now we know the basics we can try some more surfing along the way and we are definatly now complete surf pros! Yeeew!
