Hi everyone hope all is good with you. After spending a pleasant night in Kendall which is south of Port Macquarie we decided to put in some big kms today and come to Sydney as bad weather is expected all down the east coast and we did not want to be driving in it on the big motorways as we have previously done that by car and it was not nice.
We are staying at the Lane Cove River Tourist Park which is in the middle of a National Park but is quite close to Sydney in Ryde. We hope to go into the city tomorrow but that may be weather dependant.
We got a courtesy coach to the RSL tonight and had a nice meal and drink and have returned home now for a cuppa.
Tony and Troy came down this afternoon so it was good to see them.
We seem to be on the flight path to the airport do earplugs may be on the cards tonight. The camp is chocka we were lucky to get the last campervan site. Not sure when we will leave for Melbourne either Sunday or Monday.
Life on the road so far is not to bad so far, hard to believe we have been away for a week it has flown.
